Shriya Kashyap is a junior at Northeastern University majoring in Political Science and Business, with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Consulting. She is a Staff Writer for the Northeastern University Undergraduate Law Review.
Shriya’s work explores the intersection of law and public policy. She has written notes on government regulation in medical education and on the limitations of the Equal Protection Clause in addressing structural inequality, reflecting a broader interest in how legal systems respond to complex social challenges.
Her legal interests include healthcare law and regulatory policy. She previously completed a co-op at Ropes & Gray in Information Governance, where she worked on legal holds, records management, and compliance, and will be joining BCG as an Enterprise Risk Management co-op.
Shriya is involved in Sigma Delta Tau, Phi Alpha Delta, volunteers with the ACLU of Massachusetts, and serves as a CSSH Ambassador.
Outside of her academic work, you can find Shriya cooking, trying new restaurants in Boston, playing tennis, or spending time with friends and family.
